1. What countries do you ship to?

We currently offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, and many other countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us for more information.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey!

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and while we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.
